but it is plain that Susie has checked out and unplugged. She admitted that she has been on dates with a guy from work, lunch and dinner. The therapist is a fool, I think. I never raised my voice, but Susie became really defensive and angry a couple of times.She said it "may be too late" to reconcile; bear in mind, this was our first meeting since she moved out over a month ago. She has only had contact with our son for an hour on his birthday, and none at all with our daughter.
It's looking like it would take a miracle to keep this going, and I'm not sure that I want that, now that I know what I know. In my mind, and in my heart, she has crossed a line that I could maybe forgive, but never forget.
