I wish we had a Sammy Watkins on our roster this year! I will never forget that first game, i think against Auburn in Death Valley, that he showed the world who he was! Clemson knew then after that game, they had something special! I miss that feeling about a player! He was the closest thing to a guaranteed Touchdown kind of player that i had seen in my life! This just hit me out of the blue, so I thought I would share! Great times! And by the way, supper is a
chicken salad sandwich, with plain Lay's potato chips! I must have gotten in that strawberry wine, tonight! Adios!

Those 2 I think are a tie. How much fun was it to watch those 2.
Remember the Maryland game when Sammy took over. That was a freaking classic.

Sammy Watkins is one of the few receivers I thought had the talent to step straight from a high school football field directly onto an NFL field.

CJ is my vote. Was the best player on the entire team hands down and was just electric. You held your breath every time he touched the ball. Sammy would be my number two then Trevor. Trevor was awesome for sure but he also inherited a championship level team.

I was a student Spiller’s freshman year and I remember hearing an older guy sitting behind me remarking the first game he played, “He sure doesn’t look like a freshman out there.”
You could just tell he was gifted.

He was incredible. His talent and vibe were dominant. It was hard to believe he was a freshman.
Problem is, IMO, he never fully recaptured the magic after that. I know he bounced back his 3rd year, but he just didn't seem like the same player to me.
I wish his NFL career went better. But this unforgettable play defined it for me:
