is fine. Inventory is low (part interest rates, and part time of year), and prices are still rising a bit or holding firm.
My secondary residence is in Maui. The real estate there is still HOT.

it sold. Two others in adjacent neighborhoods are not really moving that I know of. I think they are asking too much for what you get. Decent sized houses but they need some work and people are being a little more picky right now.
Prices are higher though, per SF, than we bought just 10 months ago.

Things here are still going up although it has slowed. Regardless, if something goes on the market it's gone within a couple days. Way more demand than supply right now. I would have expected higher rates to hurt values but the resulting shortage of properties due to nobody wanting to give up their 3% mortgage seems to have mitigated that impact.
