I've been muting Corso this year (and some last year). Not because of what he says, but it's just getting uncomfortable to watch him struggle to say anything.

Always felt good when Corso and Finebaum comment badly about Clemson.
Tigers end up winning that week.
In the same theme when they both say something nice about Clemson I deem it to be a bad omen and cringe.
Will see if that streak holds true today. IT WILL.

Funny you say that as I saw recently Finebaum actually seem to be on Clemson's side as class of the ACC while our former ACC reporter, Heather Dimwitch (who is HORRIBLE) was like "Are they?" Seriously, ever since they let her pour coffee in the College playoff selection simulation, she has anointed herself as some sort of expert. She is the drizzling sheetz and needs a suction cup arrow stuck to her fivehe...err I mean forhead.

For me since I stopped watching national pundits and ESPN coverage of Clemson about 5 years ago. It’s so predictable and deliberately insulting. I’ll watch games on the sec channels because I have no other option but not all the BS shows. It’s a vast improvement and I highly recommend.

I love the Tigers and actually think we'll win, but at this point in the season based on watching receivers drop balls, lose 50/50 contests, along with a less than imposing O line and a back end of the defense that has not been stellar, I would have to agree we are probably overrated.
However, it's still early in the season. Hopefully we continue to improve.
Corso is wrong re: today's winner, but at this point in the season, we're not a dominant team. Hopefully we become a team that nobody wants to play by the end of the season.

I mean I understand: calling Clemson overrated, there’s an argument either way for that. But what are his football reasons for picking Wake Forest? Clemson is better in almost every position. Clemson has completely dominated Wake Forest for over a decade. Wake Forest defense looks pretty porous. I don’t understand the logic of just picking an underdog because you think the favorite shouldn’t be ranked number 5. I would not bust on Lee Corso though, I had a drink with him once many years ago, and he is an incredibly nice man, even though he was a celebrity, he told me like I was his best friend
