Obviously UCONN is best team in the country, but Purdue seems to lack any sort of a game plan or identity other than throwing it to Edey.

Do they have any other shooters or playmakers?

Not tonight. Purdue is not as stacked as UConn. Edey alone wasn’t going to keep this game close unless it was kept at a slower half court game.

Edy is making the 'bigman' mistake. Don't bring the ball low or dribble. Use the 7'2" frame.

It looked like he used that frame a lot. He charged every time I saw him catch it down low. Might as well if they don't call it.

Sorry you missed the season because Purdue is a great team also. The real story is how good UConn is especially on defense. Learning to give credit where credit is due is a good goal to strive for.

UConn spent wisely in the free agent market. And Hurley coached them exceedingly well. Amazing run.

UConn probably has the perfect team to beat Purdue. They have very good and athletic 7-2” Center to match up with Edey and then length and athleticism at the guard spot to shut down the smaller guards on Purdue who shoot the 3.

UConn was barely even challenged in the tournament!

UConn won every tournament game by 14+

They were just that much better than everyone else by the end of the season. They would've done the same thing to Houston, UNC, Duke, Tennessee, Auburn, Arizona, etc.
