But, football is the ultimate team sport. Cuse will always play spirited with Babers there. But, they will not have the horses to beat Clemson, period.
As ACC champs, we should expect everyone to have their sights set on us! Don't know that I would be brazen about it though. Just have quiet confidence. Keyword being "quiet"!

We shouldn't overlook the fact that they have beaten us in the not too distant past and they always seem to give us fits. Add some cockiness tob that history and his statements can be understood. We can add to our prior commitment to staying with players that weren't getting the job done and other questionable decisions from the last 2 years. I can see how he mightve come up with some of this.
Now, though I like Babers, I think we should use this as an excuse to rain Hell on them this year.

Granted, only Purdue and Army have a pulse, but it is easy to slip when your focus is elsewhere.

Can't blame him for circling our game. He grew up in Charlotte and attended some Clemson games growing up. The guy is a baller and we can put them down all we want, but truth of the matter is they had us sweating last year. Our team needs to respect Cuse next year and come out blazing.

I like Garrett and he said exactly what I would expect him to say if I were his coach or a Syracuse fan. As he talked he had a little smile on his face as if he knows that it is going to be a difficult task. He is also right about Clemson that they get everyone's best shot and after a season that begins to wear on you. Of course he is wrong about taking down Clemson though!
