4-star defensive tackle
Shy Tuttle
Shy Tuttle He will more than likley be choosing from Tennessee, North Carolina or North Carolina State with Clemson on the outside looking in. Most recruiting analysts have him as a huge Tennessee lean. A few months earlier, Tuttle had Tennessee, Clemson, North Carolina, N.C. State and Miami as his top group. He has offers from Alabama, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Illinois, Miami, North Carolina, N.C. State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and others. As a junior, he had 73 tackles and 4 tackles for loss and an interception. As as sophomore, he had 95 tackles, 16 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles. As a freshman, he had 71 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, 9 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, and 3 fumble recoveries. Tuttle was named as a 4-A All-state performer from N.C. and also was named a sophomore All-American. He is the nephew of former Clemson great, Perry Tuttle. Update: Tuttle has committed to Tennessee during his school ceremony on Friday. #ESPN300 No. 31 Shy Tuttle sporting the #Vols bucket hat shortly after committing. #SceneandHeard pic.twitter.com/DLiwGQygzJ
