Two Tigers named among nation's top RBs

Two Clemson running backs made Sporting News' top-25 running backs list Thursday.

Rising sophomore Travis Etienne was ranked No. 14 and junior Tavien Feaster checked in at No. 23.

Etienne paces the ACC returning backs in yards per rush (7.16) after totaling 766 rushing yards in 107 attempts with 13 touchdowns.

Feaster wasn't far behind in yards per carry (6.25) with 669 rushing yards and seven scores last season. He also totaled 12 catches for 112 yards and a touchdown.

Etienne leads returning backs in the most yards after contact (4.82), per Pro Football Focus, ahead of FSU's Jacques Patrick (4.19) and Miami's Travis Homer (4.06).

Other ACC running backs on the list include Boston College's A.J. Dillon (9), Florida State's Cam Akers (10) and Homer (20).
