3-star 2019 Baton Rouge linebacker Bryton Constantin announced his top group of schools on Monday according to his Twitter account.

“At this point in my recruiting process I would like to thank all of the schools that believed in me and saw enough potential in me to offer me a scholarship to their university, it is a blessing,” Constantin posted. “I am more than thankful for every coach that has done the strenuous job of recruiting me. With the help of God and my family I have come to an agreement with myself that I need to cut my list and focus on these schools. Please respect my decision. God Bless.”

Constantin had the following eight schools as his current favorites: Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Houston, Mississippi, Ole Miss, TCU, and Tennessee. Clemson is very much at the forefront of his recruitment as the Tigers were one of the first major schools to offer him before a wave of new offers.

The standout defender played on an undefeated University Lab (La.) team in 2017 and totaled 104 tackles including 23 for loss, six sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and two defensive touchdowns. For those efforts, he earned All-State 3A Defensive MVP honors.
