ESPN's GameDay picks for Clemson-Georgia Tech

by - Staff Writer -

ESPN's College GameDay crew weighed in with their picks and analysis for Clemson's primetime matchup with Georgia Tech:

Desmond Howard picked - CLEMSON: I'm not sure about Kelly Bryant's health, but I am sure about Clemson's defense. I do like their defense and I think they win a close one.

Guest picker Jack Nicklaus picked - CLEMSON: Georgia Tech will give them all they want, but I'm going with Clemson to win.

Lee Corso picked - CLEMSON.

ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit is on the call of the game and therefore didn't make a prediction.

“We’re going to see what Clemson is about,” David Pollack said during the show. “If Clemson is a national championship contender, they should destroy Georgia Tech.”
