5-star DE target sets final two for May decision

Five-star defensive end Myles Murphy (Powder Springs, Georgia) announced his final two teams ahead of a May 17 announcement.

Murphy, who is rated as high as the No. 2 player in the nation (ESPN), will decide between Clemson and Auburn.

"Been waiting for this day for a long time. Really want to thank everyone that’s been in my life throughout this process to get me here," Murphy posted on Twitter.

Clemson is the undisputed spot for Murphy with 247Sports' Crystal Ball, with 15 predictions, which would bolster an already No. 1-rated and historic 2020 class for the ACC Tigers.

Murphy visited Clemson last in early April during spring practice.
