4-star defender sets Clemson visit

Mobile Christian School (Al.) 2021 defender Deontae Lawson announced that he will visit Clemson for the weekend of the Texas A&M game (Sept. 7).

Lawson is rated as a four-star prospect and as high as the No. 14 outside linebacker in the 2021 class (Rivals). 247Sports rates him as the No. 16 weakside defensive end.

His offer list includes Alabama, as well as Georgia, Auburn, LSU and more schools nationwide.
