5-star running back Demarkcus Bowman was emotional after signing his NLI with the defending National Champions on Wednesday.

"It means a lot," he said in the following video. "There is no way to describe it with my family here, and my friends and supporters here. It's something special because it's something I've wanted all my life growing up. It's just really special that I get to celebrate the moment with them, and they get to be a part of this moment."

Bowman is excited about his opportunity to part of an elite program at Clemson.

"That's where my heart was when I first stepped on campus. Dabo is a great guy. He is building something special, and I want to be a part of it."
