From ESPN:
Like most prospects, Kelly Jr. would love early playing time. Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables alluded to that during a conversation that he and Kelly Jr. had this weekend during his visit to the school. "I talked to all of the coaches but mostly to Coach Venables about the team and my role in their defense," the ESPN Watch List prospect from Knoxville (Tenn.) Webb said. He took an unofficial visit to Clemson for Elite Junior Day in Jan. 2012. As a sophomore this past season, Kelly made sophomore of the year in Tennessee and all-state. He posted 65 tackles including 45 solo, one interception, one fumble recovery, one forced fumble and four tackles for loss. He also had 72 rushes for 778-yards and 13 touchdowns.
