
Rising 2020 Ohio prospect gains Clemson offer |

An early rising offensive line prospect announced a Clemson offer on social media Monday afternoon.

Johnson comes from the same school in the Cincinnati area as current freshman Clemson offensive lineman Matt Bockhorst. He was offered by Michigan State this month, adding to a list including Rutgers and hometown Cincinnati. Johnson is only the seventh reported Clemson offer from the 2020 class, joining 247Sports Composite-rated receivers Kobe Hudson (Lagrange, Ga.) and Darin Turner (Memphis, Tn.) and defensive end Tonka Hemingway (Conway, SC), as well as Michael Roberton (WR, Savannah, Ga), Jordan Burch (DE, Columbia, SC) and Tyler Venables (ATH, Central, SC).
