View Full Profile , out of Statesville, NC, said his visit to the Clemson campus this past weekend was worth the trip. Parker is coming off a season ending injury with a torn lateral collateral ligament in his right knee and is not sure when the Tigers will offer, but Clemson told him to possibly expect one before his senior season.

"My visit went really nice," Parker told TigerNet. "We just moved around the campus a lot and talked to a lot of different coaches. I talked to Dan Brooks a lot because he is my main recruiter. He just talked to me about the new dining hall and my up-coming season, and the possibility of an offer. They haven’t offered me yet, but I still have this year. He said they should be offering me before my senior season."

Parker said he enjoyed the whole visit and couldn't say what was his favorite part.

"I just like listening to what Coach Swinney had to say. He talked a lot about what he expects, the program, where the program’s going, and how Clemson is a family environment."

Parker threw for 1,800 yards and 11 touchdowns while rushing for 1,300 yards and 14 scores last season.
