"When my coach told me Notre Dame was coming, I was expecting Coach (Mike) Elston to be there, but the tight ends coach was there," Meredith said. “I was like, I’m kind of glad I get to meet you because I’ll be spending most of my time with you if I go to Notre Dame."

Meredith’s primary recruiter is Elston, but the Irish seem to have hit the right button by sending their West Coast recruiter to see him.
