Antwon Murchison committed to the Tigers on Sunday. Murchison really impressed the coaching staff last summer, when he visited the Tigers on a camp. Murchison becomes the 22nd verbal commitment to land for the Tigers.

"Murchison will play defensive end, who runs very well. He was able to turn some heads at the camp this past summer. For the staff to take him this late, obviously they feel he can play for them. The staff came down to taking him or Michael Adams. Murchison is bigger and thicker than Adams. Athletically, they are about the same, but Murchison has the better body," said Tiger Source Editor Mickey Plyler.

We are currently updating the recruiting board now. We will have the updated board up shortly and another update on Murchison.
