Nkemdiche has been quiet since his decommitment. LSU has it work cut out, but it has made big moves in the past during the late stages of the recruiting process.
LSU defensive line coach Brick Haley is expected to visit with Nkemdiche and his father Wednesday, according to sources. There has been a consistent line of communication between LSU and Nkemdiche the past couple of weeks and LSU kept tabs on him even after he initially committed to Clemson during the summer. Before his commitment to Clemson, Nkemdiche spoke highly of LSU, and he has a good relationship with Haley.
