has committed to South Carolina on Friday night according to his twitter account.
Previously, Bridges was committed to Clemson back in July 2013 but reopened his commitment and visited South Carolina during this year's South Carolina-Tennessee football game.
Many recruiting analysts have him ranked as the #2 player in the state of South Carolina for the 2016 cycle.
In 2013, Bridges tossed a one-hitter and also had a fastball that was clocked at 88 MPH. On the season, he went 5-1 with a 1.13 ERA and struck out 34 in 31 innings.
An interesting note - Bridges is also the starting quarterback for Summerville this year.
