From Corey Long of ESPN:
The quarterback said that a few other schools have also caught his eye. "Clemson is definitely there and I'm also looking at Texas and Alabama," Sandberg said. "Iowa State and Cincinnati have offered too. We'll see how things shake down in a few months."
"I went to a few camps and obviously Auburn has been pretty high on my list," Sandberg said. "But I'm thinking that I just want to play through my junior year and wait to deal with a lot of the recruiting during the offseason."
Dual-threat signal caller that threw for 2855 yards and 25 touchdowns while rushing for a little over 600 yards and 11 touchdowns as a sophomore. The 2010 season was Sandberg’s first as a varsity starter, and he led Manatee (Bradenton, FL) to an undefeated regular season and a 13-1 overall finish as they lost to eventual state champ St. Thomas Aquinas in the state semi-finals.
