Clemson has also interested the sweepstakes. Clemson recruiting coordinator Jeff Scott and assistant Tony Elliott have stopped by Alpharetta this week to try to convince him to take an official visit with the Tigers this weekend.

“They basically told Joshua that Clemson is a great place to go to school and play football,” Dukes said.

Some feel that Dobbs is the state’s top 2013 prospect at QB after a monster senior season at Alpharetta. He passed for 3,265 yards and 29 touchdowns with 11 interceptions. He’s also a straight A-student who has never missed a day school.
