One of the top offensive guards in the country now holds an offer from the Tigers.
Clemson has offered 3-star 2019 offensive guard Zach Carpenter from Cincinnati, Ohio on Monday according to his Twitter account. "Extremely honored to be offered by Clemson University, Carpenter posted. He has offers from Arkansas, Cincinnati, Duke, Indiana, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Florida, Toledo, UCLA, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and West Virginia. Louisville was the first to offer. In 2017 as a junior, he was named first-team All-Ohio, Anthony Munoz Foundation Offensive Lineman of the Year, and the HS team captain for Moeller. He has started on his high school's offensive line since his freshman year. He wants to commit to a school if possible before his senior season.
