Clemson went to the Tar Heel state for its latest offer in the 2019 class.

Playmaking 3-star Shelby (N.C.) linebacker Jaylon Scott announced he had a Tigers offer Monday afternoon.

Scott posted a monster junior season in a run to 2AA semifinals, tallying 85 tackles as well as 20 TFLs, five sacks, three caused fumbles, two blocked punts and an interception.

Scott listed UNC as his leader this summer, and also reports offers from Maryland and NC State.
