Clemson has offered freshman running back
Ricky Slade
TigerNet spoke with Slade Jr. on Friday morning and he is excited about the offer from the Tigers. "It's a great offer to get, and I like the way the coaches carry themselves." He would also like to eventually come down for a visit to Clemson. The 2018 prospect and 14-year old has offers from Clemson, Maryland, Ohio State, Virginia and Virginia Tech. His favorite school growing up was Ohio State. Slade has already tied a VHSL state record by scoring eight touchdowns in a game. For the season, he has 1,476 total yards and 19 touchdowns (in 8 games). In middle school, he scored 16 touchdowns for the Lake Ridge Wolves. He is a teammate and good friends with 2015 offensive lineman target Matt Burrell. Clemson just offered 2018 RB Ricky Slade (CD Hylton/Virginia). I saw him yesterday, he's going to be special pic.twitter.com/8VuOi3xrCS Received my 5th offer from Clemson #goTigers !!???? Ricky Slade
