He could be the top SC prospect in the class of 2015. He has two offers already: Clemson and South Carolina.

Huggins attended the Dabo Swinney football camp on June 16, 2012. In the 2012 season, he had 64 tackles, a fumble recovery for a touchdown and four sacks.
