a Clemson offer on Wednesday.
Davis, who is a product of Southern Lab in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is rated as high as the No. 13 running back in the nation by Rivals. Davis has been committed to LSU since June 2017, but has taken visits to schools such as Arkansas and Oklahoma this year. He earned an Opening Finals invite with his performance in an April combine and rushed for 2,000 yards in his junior season. Clemson holds one RB commitment for 2019 already in 4-star Naples, Florida prospect Chez Mellusi.
