A 4-star defensive end prospect who visited recently placed Clemson in his latest top schools list Wednesday.
Derick Hunter, out of Fort Myers, Florida, has the Tigers in a group with Texas A&M, Florida, Penn State, Tennessee, Georgia, Miami and Florida State. He visited Clemson last week after an offer extended last month. His previous top-10 was Florida, Miami, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Oregon, Auburn, Tennessee, Maryland, Penn State and Alabama. Hunter is rated as high as a top-100 prospect and the No. 6 DE by Rivals.com. He said he will narrow it down to five schools in September and make a decision in December. Gotta do what’s best for me and my family wish you was here to celebrate with me momma #happybirthday @SWiltfong247 @HamiltonESPN @TomVH @foymeetsworld @Rivals_Singer @RivalsWoody @Andrew_Ivins @Blake_Alderman pic.twitter.com/gGhraVnUUa
