Fleming (Catawissa, Pa.) has Clemson in a group with Georgia, Penn State, Ohio State, Southern Cal and Virginia Tech. The Tigers extended an offer last month. He is rated as high as the No. 1 WR in the nation by 247Sports and the No. 2 player overall.
