4-star 2019 defensive end Byron Young (Laurel, Miss.) announced his top group of schools on social media on Wednesday.
His top 10 schools were Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Clemson, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Auburn. Basically in contention for his services is the SEC conference and Clemson. He reportedly named Alabama a leader a few weeks ago but has backed off that verbiage as of late. Young recorded 22 tackles for loss and 14 sacks last season, adding a pass breakup and causing a couple safeties.
