Clemson 2015 wide receiver commit Deon Cain received his Army All-American jersey on Tuesday morning at his Tampay Bay high school. The All-American game will be broadcast on NBC on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Alamodome.
Last Friday, Cain ran wild for 352 yards and five touchdowns in a 42-25 Class 7A playoff win against Durant. Cain is the third receiver picked up by Clemson for the 2015 cycle, along with Shadell Bell and Ray Ray McCloud III. Cain completed 49 percent of his 245 pass attempts as a quarterback in 2013, throwing for 1,945 yards, 13 touchdowns and seven interceptions and 731 yards rushing with 4 additional touchdowns. For his high school career, he had 3590 total passing yards, 23 TD passes, 13 INTs, 963 rush yards and 7 rush TDs. Cain plans to take his official visit to Clemson sometime in January. Some of the offensive weapons for the Clemson 2015 recruiting class will include TE Garrett Williams, QB Kelly Bryant, RB/WR Ray Ray McCloud III, WR Shadell Bell, QB Tucker Israel and others. @TBTFootball QB/WR Deon Cain Deon Cain
