Clemson 2016 quarterback commit
Zerrick Cooper
The 6-4, 200 pound rising-senior is one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks for the 2016 recruiting class. This will more than likely be the only quarterback take for Clemson in 2016. Clemson offered on 3/27/14. As a junior in split quarterback duty, Cooper threw for 1,200 yards on 83 of 156 passing with six touchdowns. As a sophomore, he had 2,200 yards and 23 touchdowns and also rushed for 404 yards and 11 more scores. Cooper suffered an ACL injury prior to his senior season and has been rehabbing the injury and will be ready to go his freshman year at college.
