Filer will sign his Letter of Intent on Nov. 22 at Bishop Noll. "I realize I could actually be something or listen to other people," Filer said. "So I kept working hard and kept trying to get better." Filer was a Times First-Team All-Area player last year when he averaged 15.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.5 steals for Noll. He led the Warriors to the Class 2A state championship game where Park Tudor edged Filer's team 43-42. Filer was then named to the Indiana All-Star team.
On Tuesday, Filer verbally committed to play at Clemson after he completes this season at Notre Dame Prep School in Massachusetts.
