Sav'ell Smalls announced a Clemson offer on Wednesday night.
Smalls visited for Clemson camp this week and also checked out Georgia. "Received an offer to THE Clemson University!" Smalls posted on Twitter. "Definitely a great feeling (to receive the offer)," Smalls told TigerNet later. "It’s a great program top to bottom and I love a lot of things about it so I was glad to get out and explore the campus and get the official offer." He earned Maxpreps first-team All-American honors as a linebacker as a sophomore. Rivals lists him as a 5-star defensive end, while 247Sports has him as a 5-star outside linebacker and the No. 3 prospect in the nation.
