Clemson continued its push for the finishing touches on the 2018 class with an offer extended to four-star Lawrenceville, Georgia cornerback
Taiyon Palmer.
The Archer High School product was a longtime Duke commitment up until late November, and since that decommitment, Palmer has picked up offers from Nebraska, Vanderbilt and Notre Dame as well. He also holds offers from NC State, Virginia Tech, Virginia and Syracuse among more Power 5 teams. Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University ?? #ALLIN pic.twitter.com/6Yhv5hAM2L His season highlights include a two-interception game, along with a 51-yard punt return and two tackles, in a 25-17 win over Brookwood in September to earn area defensive player of the week. Palmer is slated to visit Nebraska this weekend and NC State next week.
