2020 3-star linebacker Stephen Dix Jr. (Orlando, Fla.) announced a Clemson offer on Thursday.
Dix was a playmaker as a sophomore, credited with 130 tackles - 29 for loss - with 10 sacks and three caused fumbles. His latest offer came from Ohio State this month, to go with similar interest from North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Indiana. Dix earned Class 8A third-team All-State honors at Dr. Phillips High (Fla.) last season.
