from Foxboro, MA has committed to Clemson according to his twitter account. DeCarr had interest and offers from many ACC, Big 10, and Big East schools. According to scouting reports, DeCarr has a low 90's fastball and a good curve.
DeCarr has shown flashes of great potential but has been hampered by injuries the last two seasons. DeCarr will do a post-graduate season next year at Salisbury School, in Salisbury, Conn. to give his arm and injuries a chance to fully heal before entering Clemson.
