The Roanoke Time's released its Virgina's Top 25 high school recruiting rankings and two Clemson commits were named in the group.
Clemson commit Clelin Ferrell was ranked #5 and Chad Smith was ranked #10 overall. As a junior, Smith had 94 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 6 sacks and three interceptions on defense. On offense, he added nearly 900 yards and 24 touchdowns as as running back. Ferrell missed most of his senior season with a torn ACL. As a junior, Ferrell recorded 60 tackles, 26 tackles for loss, and 11.5 sacks.
