Back on Jan.20th: ESPN's Jamie Newberg said that Manning defensive tackle Phillip Dukes will make his college decision on Feb 1st.
The actual announcement time on Feb 1st will be around 11AM EST. He took an official visit to UNC over the weekend. He is down to South Carolina, Clemson, Alabama, and UNC. UPDATE: Phillip Duke's recent facebook posting: "woundering what its goin to be like tomorrow. I put my trust into the lord."
