Trooper Bill Rhyne of the South Carolina Highway patrol was fired up on Saturday night in the seconds leading up to the kickoff of the Clemson-Louisville game.
Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson was seen hyping up the crowd and the trooper was also seen nearby fired up cheering on his in-state team. "Yes that is me," Trooper Rhyne tweeted.
