Former Clemson quarterback
Kelly Bryant is searching for his next football home after deciding to transfer and receiving his release papers from Clemson last week.
Bryant is expected to visit North Carolina this weekend according to a report by 247 Sports' Inside Carolina. The Tarheels (1-3, 1-1 ACC) will host Virginia Tech (3-2, 2-0) on Saturday night. For the season splitting four games with freshman Trevor Lawrence, Bryant passed for 462 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He also had rushed for 130 yards and two scores. Bryant had made over 18 starts over the last two seasons, with Clemson going 16-2 over those games. During his collegiate career at Clemson, he threw for 3338 yards with 16 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
