Clemson sophomore Tee Higgins spoke with the media Wednesday previewing the upcoming National Championship game against Alabama.

Higgins shared that this will be his first time making the journey to California.

"I'm excited," he said to TigerNet. "This is my first time ever doing this. I've never been to California so I'm ready to leave now so it will be a great experience."

The playmaker is not a big fan of planes but excited for the opportunity to play for the title.

"It's gonna be a long ride man. Four-hour flight. I don't even like being on planes that much but we got to do what we got to do."

For the season, Higgins has 56 catches for 855 yards and 11 touchdowns.
