Weather forces Tigers to schedule doubleheader this weekend

Clemson, SC - Due to the threat of inclement weather on Sunday, Clemson and Duke will conclude their three-game baseball series with a doubleheader on Saturday starting at 12:30 PM. The two teams are still scheduled to play game-one of the series on Friday at 4:00 PM, moved from its original time of 6:30 PM. Both games on Saturday will be nine-inning contests and there will be approximately 45 minutes in between games.

Tickets for Saturday’s originally-scheduled game will be honored for the first game of the doubleheader on Saturday, while tickets for Sunday’s originally-scheduled game will be honored for the second game of the doubleheader on Saturday. The stadium will be cleared in between games on Saturday.

To recap, the Duke series schedule is as follows:

Game 1 Fri. 4:00 PM

Game 2 Sat. 12:30 PM

Game 3 Sat. *3:30 PM
