Congressman Jeff Duncan (R) from South Carolina (3rd District) congratulated the Clemson Tigers on winning the College Football National Championship for the 2018 season.

Rep. Duncan also won a bet with Rep. Terri Sewell from Alabama, and she had to wear Clemson colors on Thursday and hook him up with Chick-fil-A.
