Tom Savage's agent bewildered about benching

Houston Texans rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson will make his first NFL start Thursday at Cincinnati (8:30 p.m., NFL Network). In primetime games in college, Watson excelled with a record of 15-1 and averaged 304 passing yards per game.
Most NFL fans are excited about the move to Watson except for obviously Tom Savage's agent Neil Schwartz who had some savage remarks in an interview with PFT Live.
"I'm still trying to figure this out," Schwartz said. "31 plays and you're getting benched? It makes no sense. I watched all 31 plays because that was the extent of what Tom saw in the first half, and I can't figure out why (Texans) benched Tom."
Schwartz said that he even went to the film and didn't understand the quick hood on his client.
"I went through every single play, and I even went one step further," Schwartz said. "I asked two different NFL personnel coaches on two separate teams to evaluate and break down the film to see if I was missing something. He went 7 for 13, and 12 of the 13 balls touched the receiver's hands. The only ball that didn't was the strip-sack fumble that they called incomplete. Seven were completions; five were drops."
Savage was 7-for-13 for 62 yards against the Bengals while Watson was 12-for-23 with a passing touchdown and an interception.
Regardless, of who the signal-caller is behind center, the Texans will have to give Watson or Savage more than two seconds to throw the football to give them even a chance to be successful.
