
Hunter Renfrow invited to NFL Combine |
The next stage in Hunter Renfrow's story on the gridiron will come at the NFL draft combine, Renfrow confirmed to TigerNet this week.
Renfrow will compete in workouts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis among his pro prospect peers on March 2, which will air on the NFL Network. The Myrtle Beach native capped his legendary Clemson career with the Burlsworth Trophy, which is given to the nation's most outstanding college football player who started as a walk-on. He also earned the Bobby Bowden Award, which is given to the player that represents dedication to faith, family and football. Renfrow was a standout at the Senior Bowl in January, leading his team in receptions and also standing out on punt returns. Here's the field level view.... @renfrowhunter never stops.... Renfrow finished his Clemson career with 186 catches for 2,133 yards and 15 touchdowns over 55 games. He left the school fifth in career receptions and 11th in career receiving yards, posting CFP records with 37 receptions and four touchdowns in seven games.
