Fans have already started their pilgrimage to Santa Clara, California which is the host city of the National Championship game featuring No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 2 Clemson.

Vivid Seats told TigerNet Friday afternoon that they are projecting that Tiger fans will outnumber Alabama.

"Our current crowd projections for the game have Clemson fans outnumbering the Alabama faithful in the stands. While a mix of purple and orange will likely be the majority at Levi’s Stadium, crimson won’t be far behind, with our breakdown predicting the split to be 54% to 46% in favor of Clemson."

StubHub buyers as of Thursday were coming from California (27%), followed by South Carolina (9%), Georgia (8%), Alabama (8%), and Texas (6%).
