Florida State defensive tackle Marvin Wilson was very surprised with Clemson's 59-10 win over the Seminoles on Saturday afternoon.

"I thought when I signed with Florida State I would never lose like this in my life," Wilson said. "We practiced hard. Little things we didn't do turned into big things and that resulted in the score."

Wilson said he thought the Seminoles had turned their season around after winning two of out three and almost upsetting Miami.

"It was very surprising," Wilson said. "I thought we were going to win the rest of the season with the way the team had been practicing and the morale of the team has been. I never thought this was going to be the result."

Wilson was asked if he had ever suffered a loss like this before.

"Never...[not] since like little league."
