ESPN Playoff predictions for Clemson after three weeks

by -

We are three full weeks into the season and ESPN made its renewed Playoff and bowl predictions.

The No. 1 Tigers are slated to stay close to home in the CFP semifinal Peach Bowl versus either Ohio State or Alabama.

Both have Clemson advancing to New Orleans and the title game to face an SEC foe, with Kyle Bonagura calling for the Clemson-Alabama rematch and Mark Schlabach predicting the renewed rivalry with Georgia.

The Tigers are given a 78 percent chance to make the Playoff by the ESPN Football Power Index and a 28 percent shot to win the title.
