2018 Sugar Bowl tickets dropping in price |
The Clemson-Alabama III contest at the Sugar Bowl on New Year's Day will be one of the most highly anticipated games of the bowl season.
However, the prices are dropping (around $220) if you are on the fence about going to the game as prices are down over 30 percent in the last 10 days according to TicketIQ. The prices will probably continue to drop as fans have only so much money budgeted for Christmas and the possible National Championship game if Clemson happens to defeat Alabama for the second straight season. This is still relative peanuts compared to the $2,898 dollars that fans shelled out for a single ticket for last season's National Championship win against the Crimson Tide. Alabama and Clemson will meet for the 3rd straight year as Top-4 opponents. Last time teams met 3 straight years as Top-4 opponents was 1991-93 Florida State vs Miami.
